How to Buy Phone Numbers on Text-Calibur

These are the phone numbers that your audience/client/customer/lead will receive your text messages from. Buying and maintaining your phone numbers is the first step towards making money through Text-Calibur.

• Click Phone Numbers on the Menu to the left of your Dashboard.

• This will give you a drop-down menu with the options of: Manage Numbers, Add (Numbers), Grouping, Add a Group, and History.
  • Click on Add to start getting your phone numbers.

• Select the amount of Phone Numbers you would like to purchase.
• We recommend you buy 1 phone number for every 50 leads you text.

Example: You want to text 5,000 leads in a single campaign. To do this you would want to have 100 phone numbers for a 50:1 ratio.

• Select the desired Area Code (optional).
• If you are texting leads from a certain area consistently it can be beneficial to purchase numbers with that specific Area Code.
• If you leave this blank Text-Calibur will pick area codes for you

• Select your provider.

Plivo is the default and the most inexpensive number aggregate.

• Select the type of phone number that you’d like to purchase (Long Code/Toll Free).
  • Long Code is the default, these are localized 10-digit numbers (XXX-XXX-XXXX). They are most successfully utilized in double opt-in (keyword) campaigns.

• Click Buy Now to purchase the Phone Numbers using your available balance.

• Now that you have your phone numbers you are ready to start setting up your Send (campaign).
