Add Subscribers to your Campaign in Text-Calibur

Adding Subscribers to your Campaign is the next step in preparing your text message campaign. These are the leads (people who have expressed interest in being contacted) that you will be sending your messages to.’

• Click Subscribers on the Menu to the left of your Dashboard.

• Once the Subscribers Menu is open you can click Add.

• On the following page Click the Box that says Select Campaign.
  • Make sure you create a campaign before adding subscribers. Think of the campaigns as folder systems that store messages and leads.

• You have 2 options when Uploading Leads:
• Option 1: Upload each of your Leads manually (Single for individual leads)
• Option 2: Upload your Leads as a list (Import for large amounts of leads)

• When uploading Individual Leads, enter all available information and click Save.

• When uploading a List of Leads you can download a sample .csv (Comma-Separated Value sheet) file to correctly format your leads before uploading them.
  • The columns your .csv header row will need are: name, number, email, url, city, state
    • This needs to be an EXACT match
    • Example: ‘name’ field can not be ‘firstname,lastname’ or ‘names’, it must be formatted exactly as name
  • The only Mandatory fields are name and number.

• The sample .csv

• Once formatted, Drag and Drop your .csv into the box or Click the Box to find the file on your computer.

• After finding the file, click Save.
